Courtyard by Marriott Saltillo

Was disappointed. Rooms definitely need upgrades and they need to clean them better. Towel has a smell to them. Breakfast was somehow not included although I paid 214 usd$ a night. Breakfast was not the best as well. Probably wont come here, will go next door to the AC hotel!

When checking in I was told the floor was closed due plumbing issues, they sent me to another hotel which I was OK, but then realized they did not respect the reserved rate, no manager on site to talk and was just told they couldn’t do anything about it. I travel a lot and this never happened in a Marriott hotel, very disappointing.

Rooms are quite comfortable, service is just good, location is great but if you wanna sleep during nights avoid this hotel. There is a very annoying restaurant with music all night next to it. Totally awful if you are staying in a business trip and need to sleep. An hotel that you can't sleep, doesn't make any sense

my aspettetion was too high.. Breakfast room it's too small, I got it seated in a table with people I don't know. Shampoo dispenser empty and bathroom not clean. Too expensive for quality offered.

Nice hotel, clean and breakfast is awesome! Lots of options! One short is swimming pool is very small! Front desk service is great!
